You’re doing great.  Keep going. You’ve come a long way. What an amazing journey. Nice work. You did a great job.  I’m so proud of you. How you handled that situation was excellent. You are at the top of your game. Keep pushing. Look what you’ve accomplished so far.  You have made great progress. This work looks amazing.  What an incredible life story. You deserve so much happiness. You’re such a great person.  You have a contagious personality.  You are courageous. You are powerful.

You are destined for greatness.

I don’t know about you, but just reading through the above sentences made me smile…and they were not even specific to me! All of these statements are not only compliments, but they are statements of validation. I think it goes without saying that, no matter the age, personality or background, everyone welcomes some sort of validation.

I know we often hear these cute social media catch phrases like, “Seek validation from no one”. All of that sounds nice but ask yourself, the last time someone actually acknowledged your hard work, your greatness, your vibe, your intelligence or just your very existence… did that make you feel?

What I have learned through the years is that we are all connected and fueled by our emotions.  When you feel good, you do good, and you look good to others.  When you feel bad, you do worse and you look negative to others.  So why not create a chain of pure, good energy?

If you’re proud of someone, say it. If they did a good job, thank them. If they have reached a new level of accomplishment, congratulate them.  It doesn’t hurt to just let someone know you’re happy they are here.  We rise by lifting others. Not only will you adjust their positive frequency, but you will also boost yours.

Be well beautiful people!
